What Would My Car Be Used For? All cars under this service are specifically used for Ride-hailing. The Company provides a driver with an e-hailing account such as (Uber, Bolt, etc.)

How much will I be getting paid? The Owner and the company will come into agreement on how much will be paid.

When will I be getting paid? Owners can either select a monthly payment package or Twice in a month package. Payment will begin when a driver is allocated to the Owners car. Which can take 2weeks maximum duration of days.

How much will the company charge for their service? The company collect monthly charge only 25% from amount agreed for Owners monthly payment.

How can I assure the safety of my car? With StromeX, Owner cars are 99.9 percent safe, a lot of measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of our client cars. Measures like (Car Tracker, car Insurances, Dash Camera recorder etc.).

How often does my car get maintenance? All cars undergo monthly check-up by StromeX mechanic, the company makes its mandatory Channing of tires and all necessary parts every 6month all expenses on the company.

When can I get to see my car? All Owners are allowed to check on their car once a month upon request. Following the request arrangement will be made and a date will be given for the checking.

In case of an Accident who will be responsible? In case of an accident, the damages are all covered by the insurance company. Since all cars under StromeX are covered by insurance.

In case of natural Damage who will be responsible? The cost of repair will be shared between the company the owner and the driver with the company taking the highest sum (Company 60% Owner 25% and driver 15%).

What are the conditions for putting my car under StromeX? Before a car can be accepted these criteria must be met

1) The minimum year of car accepted is 2003 to date

2) The car must either be New, tokunbo or neatly Nigerian used

3) Must have four 4 doors and able to transport minimum of 4 passengers

4) Must have all document complete

1 Certificate of ownership

2 Valid hackney permit

3 Car Badge

5) Must not have any part broken part.

6) Must have the following instruments

1 Wheel spanner

2 See caution

3 Screw Jack

When can I withdraw my car from StromeX? All cars under StromeX can be taken when the Contract comes to an end. With the minimum contract years of one.

Can I breach my contract ? Yes contract can be breached with payment of contract breach.
