President/ Founder - Nidhi Veerendra

I'm Nidhi Veerendra, the Founder of The Spectrum of Support. I'm passionate about writing and Physics, and one of my favorite things to do is watch sunsets, as they remind me of the beauty in the world. At 14, I was inspired to create this organization after seeing the need for greater understanding and support for children with behavioral challenges. I believe that every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated for who they are, and I'm committed to creating a compassionate community where families navigating the "grey area" feel recognized and cared for.

Secretary - Norah Mathew

I’m Norah Mathew, the Secretary for the Spectrum of Support, and I'm so grateful to be part of this impactful organization responsible for making all children feel welcome. My role is to keep track of all events and communicate with everyone so that we can create a big difference. 

 Apart from this organization, I spend my time doing things I love, such as reading, baking, and listening to music.

This organization is truly a step towards a better life for all children, no matter who they are. Every contribution is appreciated, and I hope with time, you'll come to love the Spectrum of Support just as much as I do.

Treasurer - Neera Patel

I'm Neera Patel, the Treasurer for the Spectrum of Support. I'm so excited to be a part of this youth-led organization because I believe in creating a world where every child feels understood and supported. When I'm not working on ways to help our mission, I love reading and dancing. I'm proud to stand with a team of people who are passionate about making a difference and showing that compassion can change lives, especially for kids in the "grey area."

Outreach - Thanu Obulisundar

I am Thanu Obulisundar, and the Outreach for the Spectrum of Support! I am excited to be a part of this very meaningful organization. My main job is to get everyone together an make sure our events and missions are put out into public reach in order to spread awareness. You can reach out to me for anything for this organization! Apart from this nonprofit, I love to play Tennis and paint. The Spectrum of Support is a impactful and important organization that I am thrilled to be a part of!

Events Coordinator - Diya Kumar

Hey, I'm Diya Kumar! I'm excited to be the events coordinator of The Spectrum of Support (TSOS), where I'll help create inclusive spaces for children with behavioral challenges. My role involves organizing fun, engaging activities that build confidence, foster connection, and support families in need of extra care.

I'm passionare about helping kids thrive through inclusion and look forward to making a difference with TSOS. Outside of this, I love singing, performing, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. I can't wait to share this journey with you all!

Publicity Coordinator - Gayatri Manoj

Hi everyone, I'm Gayatri Manoj, the publicity coordinator of TSOS and I'm so excited to be a part of an organization that builds an environment where everyone feels appreciated! 

My job includes spreading the word about our mission amd ensuring that our message reaches as many people as possible. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, writing, performing, and Taekwondo. 

 I'm really passionate about creating a space where everyone feels heard, which is exactly what this club is all about. Every small step you take in supporting each other makes a difference, and together we can create an inclusive and empowering community!
