I have been practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for four years, and it has become a fundamental part of my life. What fascinates me most about this martial art is its strategic complexity—often called 'human chess'—where every move requires careful thought and adaptability. I challenge myself by competing in tournaments and training rigorously, always aiming to improve both mentally and physically.
BJJ has given me incredible opportunities, such as traveling internationally for competitions and even participating in a professional match. These experiences have broadened my mindset and made me appreciate the journey even more. This discipline gives me a strong sense of purpose and reinforces the importance of perseverance and dedication. Most importantly, it has taught me to stay composed, think clearly, and manage stress effectively, even in high-pressure situations.
