By accessing or using The Social Simulator (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
The Social Simulator is an educational and self-improvement tool designed to help users practice communication skills in a simulated environment using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Not Professional Advice: The App provides feedback, scores, and conversational scenarios for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological counseling, therapy, or medical advice.
AI-Generated Content: You acknowledge that the personalities you interact with are powered by AI. While we strive for high-quality interactions, AI can sometimes produce unpredictable, inaccurate, or inappropriate responses. You agree that the Company is not liable for the content generated by the AI.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our App.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the App to:
Generate, prompt, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or explicitly obscene.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass the safety filters of the AI models.
Use the App's API or backend for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use guidelines.
The App and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content and standard AI outputs), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Social Simulator and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Certain features of the App (such as premium personalities or advanced analytics) may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions").
You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your applicable app store settings (Google Play or Apple App Store).
In no event shall The Social Simulator, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
Any content obtained from the App, specifically including AI-generated text.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
