Event Structure

• The host will begin by explaining the purpose of the Sphere of Sith Doctrine and its structure.

• The attendees will be informed of the Doctrine ranking system and their future as a Sith Apprentice. 

• The Initiation will cover the Sphere of Sith Doctrine's paths and explain the Academy, Dread Masters, and Chroniclers. 

• Upon conclusion, all attending Initiates will be officially accepted into the Sphere of Sith Doctrine and be ranked Sith Tyro. 

As all trainings hosted in the Academy, the Combat Practice is a highly individual event.

• The Practice is divided into two sections: Dueling and Teamwork.

• In the Dueling Section, the attendees will learn advanced lightsaber and Force Power techniques, chained attacks and bases of dueling.

• In the Teamwork Section, the group is going to operate on an unpredictable environment to test their skills against multiple opponents in various scenarios.

As all trainings hosted in the Academy, the Orientation Class is a highly individual event.

• The host will begin by explaining the layout of the Korriban Temple, going over each of its rooms and their respective purposes. During the tour, the Apprentices will be reminded of the four Sith Decrees that are in the codex.

• The host will speak to the attendees about the Order's basic ranks, Trials and paths to follow

• Attendees will participate in a short discussion about the spheres, expressing their interest. (Explain each sphere).

• The Class will end with personalised guidance for the Apprentices. (Final Q&A) 

As all trainings hosted in the Academy, the Philosophy Gathering is a highly individual event.

• The host will cover the usage of the Sith Archives and their importance for a Sith Knight.

• The attendees will address topics crucial to the Sith such as the Code, history and philosophy.

• Following the introductions, the host will provide the Apprentices with a discussion topic of their own choice from their Dark Side Case Study. (The question should not be simple)

Module I – Conduct & Authority

• Expectation of an HR: Professionalism, neutrality, and discipline.
  
  

• Leadership Etiquette: How to address subordinates and enforce authority respectfully. (How interact with other faction member’s)
  
  

• Decision Making: Balancing loyalty to the Order with fairness to members.(Scenario Test)
  
  

• Chain of Command: Understanding hierarchy and how to function within it.

(The host will go over how to interact, address others, and enforce authority properly.)  (Going over how to use admin commands properly and go over which ones not to use, while logging it properly) (Going over the Sith Ranking system)

Module II – Knowledge & Decrees

• Decrees & Regulations: Review of all current rules and policies HRs must uphold.
  
  
  

• Practical Application: Lore accurate decisions, and upholding traditions. (Learning the sith codes etc.)
  
  

(The host will go over Decrees of Respect and Order, and the Sith codes.

Final Evaluation

At the end of the training, each participant must complete:

1. Knowledge Test: Written/verbal quiz on decrees, ranks. And also doing scenarios on interaction for rule breakers, how to respond to Questions that non members are asking.  7 questions in total must get 5 right.
   
   

2. Leadership Trial: Leading a mock unit in a simulated mission or raid scenario. OR Doing a mock training of any type. (This should be quick, 5-15 mins at most)
   
   

3. Combat Trial: Prove mastery of combat while maintaining composure as a leader. (3 duels at most) 

* Conclude after you do duels, if you didn't have enough for the mock training ask them how would they host (any type of training listed in the codex) properly. How to log, etc.

Upon successful completion, the member will be recognized as ready and be given a pass for their requirement.

The Trial shall take place in a private server, before the Emperor's Throne in the Dark Council chamber. Grammar and punctuation must be used.

• When the trial begins, the attendee and their host will come to the Dark Council chamber. The host will officially open the Trials with a short dialogue:

Apprentice, you are here because the Council has deemed you worthy of attempting the Trials of Sith Knighthood. Here, in the presence of the Emperor and your Overseer, I begin your Evaluations.

• The Apprentice will then recite the Sith Code and explain its meaning.

• The case studies and decree questions should be graded in Discord.

• The combat trials will take place in front of the Throne. The host specifies the dueling rules, and the two take the floor squares for the arena. Tactical retreat is acceptable, but the Apprentice shall not run from their destiny.

Throughout the duels, the host will quote the Mantra of Strength.

• If the attendee passes, the host moves to the first few steps of the Throne, and the attendee kneels in front. The host will recite the Initiation Vow and the attendee shall repeat it. Then, the Host will ignite their lightsaber and officially accolade the attendee:

By the Rule of the Dark, at the Emperor's Will, your Trials are no more. Rise as the Knight of the Sith Order!

The Apprentice's Master may spectate their trials under a strict rule of silence, standing next to the podium or on the side.
Dark Council+ may spectate the Trials under the same restrictions.

The Trial shall take place in a private server, before the Emperor's Throne in the Dark Council room. Grammar and punctuation must be used.

• When the trial begins, the attendee and their host will come to the Dark Council chambers. The host will officially open the Trials with a short dialogue:

Knight, you are here because you deem yourself worthy of becoming the Sith (insert Pathway). Here, in the presence of the Emperor and your Overseer, I begin your Evaluations.

• The case studies and decree questions should be graded in Discord.

• The Sphere Trial results should be approved by the chosen Sphere's Inner Circle.

• The combat trials will take place in front of the Throne. The host specifies the dueling rules, and the two take the floor squares for the arena. 

Throughout the duels, the host will quote the Mantra of Strength.

• If the attendee passes, the host moves to the first few steps of the Throne, and the attendee kneels in front. The host will recite The Dark Oath and the attendee shall repeat it. Then, the Host will ignite their lightsaber and officially accolade the attendee:

By the Rule of the Dark, at the Emperor's Will, your Trials are no more. Rise as the (Path) of the Sith Order!

Dark Council+ may spectate the Trials under a strict rule of silence, standing next to the podium.

• Led by the Division's respective High Ranks, the Division-Led Training may be hosted differently depending on the preferrences of the Division hosting it.
