Important! Please read this introduction and understand the rules and code of conduct. We appreciate you taking the time reading and understanding this document, as it's a great resource to our guild.
The Silky Skeevers (TSS) purpose is to develop a donation based trading guild that offers competitive prices and promotes freedom and equality for all. We stand firm against elements that hurt the game we love playing. This includes ghost guilds, violent behavior, hate speech, sexual misconduct, mafia style intimidation and toxic guild mates.
We constantly strive to be the best guild in ESO by offering a high quality trader with competitive prices, various trading tools to assist members and a social atmosphere with a wide range of groups and activities. We aim to provide an inclusive, fun, safe environment for all our members. In order to be successful in this endeavor, we ask that all our members behave with maturity and respect and follow our simple code of conduct.
*TSS Administration reserves the right to demote or remove any member who repeatedly disrespects our code of conduct.

Please do NOT post your complaints in any open channel without first contacting The Guild Master or a @Guild Administrator.
The Silky Skeevers take inappropriate behavior very seriously and investigate thoroughly to try to resolve any issues before they escalate. Any behavior that breaches our code of conduct may result in an appropriate punishment ranging from a warning to instant removal from The Silky Skeevers.
The Silky Skeevers is a highly active trading guild. In order to keep a certain level of trader, we maintain the guild with a few perimeters. The first and easiest way for officers to check inactivity is by "days offline"; be sure to play on "online" mode because this is the only way an officer can tell if your truly active. We have a (10) day inactive policy, after that you are at risk of being removed due to inactivity.
If you are going to be away for an extended period, let Admin know an expected time back so they can add a note.
Each member is also expected to help towards the weekly trader in one fashion or another. A trader is a large burden each week and needs everyone participation. If it becomes noticeable that a member is not contributing, they may be at risk of being removed. There are 3 ways to gain credit for activity, donating items towards the auction, buying raffles or gold donations. Donating higher end items towards the raffles and auctions may be exchanged for raffle tickets based on the need of the items at the current market. Other ways to help the guild, you can check out the contribution page.
Members of the lowest rank Sleepy Skeever will be removed first.
If you are removed due to being inactive, you are not blacklisted from rejoining at a later date. We are just doing what we need to do to keep the guild active and flourishing. Please don't take it personally. We encourage members to join the discord server in the event that they are removed, so that they can easily be added back in the future.
All guild members with the Banker Skeever rank and higher have access to the guild bank. When depositing and withdrawing from the Guild Bank we request that you adhere to the following rules:
If there is an item in the guild bank that is valued 5k or more please deposit roughly 75% of the estimated value in our guild bank.
This allows you to withdraw items from our guild bank. We have a few small rules with our Guild Bank. Before you take an item(s) know the value of the item(s) you are withdrawing from the guild bank and use your best judgement. Follow these guidelines:
No mass withdrawals without GMs approval.
Please don't dump your unwanted junk into the bank.
Items such as used bait, white drinks/food or armor not in a set, or between levels of CP1-150
Remember that we use an honor system. We don’t actively police the bank, but you will be questioned if strange activity is noticed.
*Thieves will be well documented, reported to ZOS and placed on a large network of blacklists.
On occasion, when the bank becomes full, the guild will hold a fire sale. During this time, the bank will be open to all members regardless of their rank. The commencement of the fire sale will be posted on the Message of the day (MOTD). During the sale, all items in the guild bank are encouraged to be removed to make room for new contributions. The rules of the fire sale will often include a small donation for the items which will be mentioned in the MOTD.
Our guild auctions are usually held on Saturday nights at 8pm EST (depending on personal schedules etc). Guild Admin are the official guild auctioneer.
If you would like to donate any items for the auction please send them to @Guild Administrator.
During the auction, the auctioneer will link items into our guild text chat with a starting bid and quantity (if applicable). The following rules apply to the auction:
Items will be sold to the highest bidder after the auctioneer calls (in text chat) “Going once”, “Going twice”, “Sold”.
All sold items will be sent C.O.D to the winner at no extra charge.
All bids are considered to be real and must be in increments of (minimum) 500 gold. Please do not post any “joke bids”.
During our auction please keep other guild chat to a minimum.
Staff Members will be online during auctions and will warn offenders regarding joke bids and trolling. If the member does not take the warning seriously they will be placed in our Timeout rank until their case can be heard by our @Guild Administrator group.
In order for our guild to grow and establish ourselves as a trader in a bigger city, we must first develop our current trader. We aim to have a great range of products at a competitive price.
To accomplish this, recruitment should be focused toward mature players of at least CP500 as these players usually have a range of items to sell and have experience in the game generally.
