Our Abby girl had a wonderful first experience at the Royal Pawlor! She went in with no hesitation and I know she was in the best care. She was a little nervous of the blow dryer but with time I’m sure she will get the hang of it! She was so happy and relaxed after her appt. She can’t wait to go back!

Emily did a great job introducing both my pups to the grooming that comes along with being a Shih Tzu. They both looked and smelled great afterwards. She was knowledgeable and great to work with. I look forward to having her groom them again soon.

We couldn’t more happy with the services we have received at the Royal Pawlor!! Our little Bella has been a bit skiddish in the past when it comes to grooming, but Emily is great and so gentle with her, it has not been an issue at all. The Pawlor only takes one dog at a time, so I know that Bella is getting all the attention she needs. She has also gotten to know Emily, so she gets excited now when we arrive at each appointment! Emily does an amazing job, and it is evident that she is thorough and takes her time with Bella. We highly recommend The Pawlor at Barkingham Palace!!
