Privacy Policy — Thermal Camera AI

General Thermal Camera AI does not require an account. Images you import or create are saved locally on your iPhone/iPad. We do not store your photos on our servers.

Image Processing (AI) When you use AI effects, your image is sent securely to our third-party AI processing provider (OpenAI) solely to generate the requested artistic effect. We do not receive, store, or view your images on our servers. However, the third-party provider (OpenAI) may retain uploaded data for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) solely for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes, in accordance with their API data usage policies. After this period, the data is deleted. The image is used only to provide the feature and is not sold to third parties.

Payments Purchases and subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat and Apple’s App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment details.

Analytics / Tracking We do not use advertising SDKs and we do not track you across apps and websites.
