The Ridge Club
Life at The Ridge comes with many perks, one of the finest being access to The Ridge Club—a stunning 10-acre recreation complex with something for everyone to enjoy. There's a luxurious swimming area, tennis center, fitness center, children's play park, multi-purpose athletic fields, and more.
The centerpiece is a 9,000-square-foot clubhouse. Built of beautiful stone and wood, the club has been specifically designed to harmonize aesthetically with the natural setting of Lake Martin. Enjoy expansive views from the terrace level. Entertain guests utilizing the club's versatile floorplan, which provides the perfect setting for intimate gatherings and large functions alike.
Parks, Trails and Pavilions
Our residents enjoy a number of shared green spaces in The Ridge. Miles of mulched trails lead off the beaten path, wind through the dense forest and connect one idyllic spot after another. The Ridge Beach Park offers a sandy crescent of beach nestled in a beautiful cove, coupled with a pavilion for resident events. Other pavilions with grills and stone fireplaces are sprinkled throughout The Ridge and await the special times you’ll create there. And, for your convenience as a resident, the Entry Park offers a boat ramp, day parking for boat trailers, picnic tables and an entry point to The Ridge’s trails.
South Ridge Harbor
South Ridge Harbor has been very popular and boasts some of the most spectacular views on Lake Martin. This final phase of The Ridge is a limited collection of waterfront homesites with an array of views—from sunrise and sunset to quiet coves. South Ridge Harbor promises beauty for generations to come and easy access to The Ridge Club, Beach Park, nature trails, and is in close proximity to Russell Crossroads with shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Today’s Russell Cabins are a modern take on 1930s-inspired lake cottages and are available in The Ridge and The Willows. These neighborhoods are situated in the most desirable, amenity-rich locations on Lake Martin.
