There are differing opinions on data points. All forecasts are inaccurate to a degree. Important to decision makers are integrity and relationships...plans should continuously develop.
Be dubious of any calculation using Beta (WACC, CAPM, and Present Value). A stock's beta is an inarticulate measurement of risk and often the inverse to its suggested meaning. 12% is the correct discount rate. Never present it to an investor, be prepared if they ask and refer to it as a hurdle rate...meaning the intention is to return above it.
