Policies and Procedures 

All services will only be conducted within a 10 mile radius or prices will vary. 

Dog Walking:

Accommodations can be done within the home or surrounding areas of the home. 

Your pet must own a secure collar, harness, and leash. 

The home has to be safe. If the environment is not safe, the service will be discontinued.

Dog  Feeding :

Instructions needs to be provided for proper feeding. 

Overnight Pet Sitting :

Services will be conducted within The Reliables' place of residence .

The location will be safe and secure for procedures to be conducted. 

Assessment is required prior to services rendered.

*** Pet's must be picked up by 6:00pm. Any pick ups that occur after 6:00pm will be charged another day.

Appointment Travel: 

Phone consultation required. This service will include  pick up and drop off to pet appointment .

***Appointment information must be provided prior to booking. 

Ear Cleaning / Ear Hair Removal: 

If the pet is showing signs of discomfort, anxiety, or stress , we will have to discontinue services for safety.

Please bring any medical solutions, if applicable.

Nail Trim/Nail Grinding:

If the pet is showing signs of discomfort, anxiety, or stress, we will have to discontinue services for safety. 

Medication Add-On:

Phone consultation will be required. Pet will need to come with proper instruction for medicating procedures .

Grooming:

If the pet is showing signs of discomfort, anxiety, or stress, we will have to discontinue service for safety. 

*** Consultation with the groomer will take place prior to all grooms.

Coat/Skin: 

If the pet arrives with severe matting or irritation to the skin, infections, bleeding, cuts, etc, we will have to discontinue services for safety, and will recommend you visit your Primary Veterinarian.

***If fleas are seen on the pet, we will require administration of Capstar to ensure the safety and sanitation of our other clients/pets. This will be an additional charge to your service.

***PROOF OF UPDATED VACCINES REQUIRED FOR BOOKING

***PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE/DROP OFF (WE ACCEPT CASH, CASH APP, Zelle)
