NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF CULTURAL RESOURCES, INC.

TO BE HELD ON JANUARY 20, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Cultural Resources, Inc. (CRI) will be held 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Luigi’s Ristorante, 32 N. Brady St., DuBois, PA 15801 for the following purposes:

1.    The regular election of Directors of Cultural Resources, Inc.

2.    To transact such other business as may properly come before the 

  Annual Meeting.

3.    All Cultural Resources, Inc. members and season ticket holders are 

     invited to attend. 

4.    Those attending must pay membership dues or be a season ticket 

     holder in order to vote at the meeting.

5.    In the event of inclement weather, the Annual Meeting will be held on 

     Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

To all invited guests:

Appetizers will be at 5:30 p.m., dinner will be at 6:00 p.m., the Annual Meeting will be at 6:45 p.m., and the regular CRI board meeting will be at 7:30 p.m.
