Our mission
At Therapy4U, we are driven by a passionate commitment to the well-being of individuals, families, and communities. Our mission is to empower people of all backgrounds to access affordable and accessible mental health care services. Founded by a group of dedicated high schoolers, our non-profit organization strives to break down barriers to mental health support and promote a culture of inclusivity, understanding, and resilience.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to prioritize their mental health and emotional well-being. To achieve this, we work tirelessly to connect individuals with a network of qualified therapists and mental health professionals who are not only skilled but also compassionate and understanding.
Our Values
The embrace of accessibility, ensuring that mental health care is within reach for all, and the embrace of inclusivity, welcoming every individual with open arms, are part of the foundation on which our vision stands. Together, they form a tapestry of compassion, woven with threads of understanding and empathy, creating a world where affordability knows no boundaries, and celebration of diversity.
We see education as the cornerstone of growth, empowering individuals to make informed choices about their mental well-being. It's the compass that guides us towards healing and resilience. Youth empowerment, the spark ignited by our passionate high school founders, guides the way forward, infusing our mission with enthusiasm and innovative spirit. Together, these forces form a tapestry of knowledge and potential, where the flames of learning illuminate the boundless possibilities of tomorrow.
We view communities as a system of support, a place where individuals from different backgrounds unite to share their stories, uplift one another, and join on a shared journey toward hope. Community building is our warm hearth, where strangers become friends, and friends become family. It's the foundation upon which we construct a world where no one feels alone in their struggles, where empathy and understanding flow freely.
Our Story
Three high school girls with a passion for coding and helping others unite to form a community where everyone can get the help they need. We were founded on September 30 2023 during AIFA's Hackathon. Throughout this competition, these three battle challenges and problems to create a website that helps everyone. This organization is more than just a project, it's a passion and dedication to help others.
