Each year during the month of September, our unit of study focuses on September 11th. We remember all who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
During our unit, we explore the structure of the Twin Towers, and read The Man Who Walked Between the Towers. The students used index cards and Scotch Tape to create their towers.
Fifth Grade students created the banner for NYCDOE District 31's Spelling Bee, which was held at Petrides on 1.7.20.
