Recruiting Packages

What each package includes:

1. Introduction post on Instagram and X (formally Twitter) including the official Prowler graphic for the Clients recruitment profile. This will have a brief bio including the following;

• Name, School, Graduation Year, GPA and ACT score. Sport specific measurable stats will be listed in addition to your basic information.

2. Recruitment spreadsheets are customized with Client specific details and their state preferences

   • Each State selected will list all colleges offering DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, Junior College as well as State Prep Schools for your specific sport. 

3. Access to Clients Twitter/X & email account for the purpose of communicating to college coaches will be obtained, this includes the passwords to those platforms.

   • Note that if an email specific for college recruitment does not exist, one should be created 

     • In the format of (firstname.lastname.@gmail.com)

4. Once access has been obtained, The Prowler will initiate contact with recruitment coordinators and/or specific positional coaches via Twitter/X DMs and email

   • This message includes an introduction, brief biography, highlight links, and sport specific measurable stats

     • The Prowler aims to contact at minimum 7-14 Colleges per week

5. Once a response is received, The Prowler will notify the Client if an application needs to be filled out or if any documents (transcripts, ACT score, camp registrations, etc.) need to be submitted or uploaded.

   • All communication with the Client will occur via Google Voice through text

   • The Client is responsible for completing any application(s) as well as uploading and submitting any documentation requested by the College

6. The Prowler monitors both platforms daily to continue pursuing scholarship opportunities

   • Please note The Prowler does not guarantee scholarships and or opportunities to play collegiate level sports to the Client

     • The Prowler will provide its utmost professionalism in notifying any and all Colleges within your state package of your interest to join their program in hopes of securing a scholarship
