About Me

My name is Caleb Genry, and I am a CPA with nearly 9 years of bookkeeping experience, and nearly 4 years of tax experience. I am also a real estate investor currently focused in single family home long-term rentals. I have spent this time mostly focused in the real estate industry. My time spent with real estate investors is what led me to start this company. I have found out through a lot of meetings that typically real estate investors working with bookkeepers do not have accurate financial statements. I have also found that most real estate investors are missing out on many tax advantages that are available to them. I wanted to find a way to meet this need. Therefore, I created this company to help real estate investors truly know their numbers, and the options available to them.
