1 loaf day-old French bread, cubed
6 eggs
1.5 cups coffee creamer (or heavy cream)
1–2 tsp vanilla extract (use less if using flavored creamer)
2 tsp ground cinnamon (divided)
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
4 Tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
Use 18+ coals total = 8 coals under the Dutch oven/ 12 coals on top
Prep the Dutch Oven - Line it with foil or a liner for easy cleanup.
Assemble the Casserole
Add the cubed bread to the Dutch oven.
Sprinkle 1 tsp cinnamon over the bread.
In a bowl, whisk together:
Eggs, cream, vanilla, remaining 1 tsp cinnamon, sugar, and salt.
