Terms & Conditions

Any use of generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) is strictly forbidden. Inhuman and it's subsidiaries DO NOT CONSENT to any of their original material (intellectual property) to be used in generative software (such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Sora, Stable Diffusion, etc.) This includes any content displayed on the platform such as material belonging to independent creators. Independent parties have the right to take legal action against perpetrators if these terms are violated. In conjunction - Inhuman also prohibits works created with generative AI to be broadcast or uploaded to the platform. Failure to comply may result in legal action.

Licensing

The use of media such as music and film is protected by the CREATIVE COMMONS and FAIR USE INDEX. This will allow for projects such as bumpers, edits, animations, etc that fit within the allotted time (view Project Requirements) to be displayed on the platform. These terms are subject to change as content owners retain the right to their property. Projects that exceed the allotted time (30 seconds) and/or format (bumps/edits) must have permission from the copyright owner before their content is displayed on the platform. Inhuman is not liable for failure to comply with these terms. Reluctance to comply may result in termination of future transactions.

Project Requirements

Animated Series (Review terms above. Must fit within its respective time-slot and rating.)

Bumpers and Edits (1-30 seconds)

Short Films (1-30 minutes)

Feature Presentations (40 minutes or longer)

As [the playground] is an animation network, these projects must be animated or contain animated characteristics such as; stopmotion and claymation. Live-action elements that fit within this realm are welcome.

Bumps and edits must cite their source of media (including music and film) unless originally composed.

As [the playground] is a public platform targeted toward teens and young adults, content must be marked with an appropriate rating (ex; TV-14, Mature, 17+, Adult, PG-13, R, etc). Explicit content such as profanity, violence and sexuality must be contained within its respective rating.

Revenue

Due to [the playground]'s independent, public broadcasting format, profit will be accumulated by original (or collaborative) works, merchandising and advertising through the platform. [the playground] does not receive any revenue from content made by independent creators. Donations are encouraged and welcome. Visit the Inhuman Instagram for information.
