Terms and Policies

Pricing:

• We price all items we receive based on resale value, condition, and demand.  

Commission and Payouts:

• You will receive 40% of the final selling price (excluding sales tax).

• For designer handbags you will receive 50%.

• For luxury items you will receive 60%.

• Balances above $10 will be received in the form of a check. Balances $10 or under will be store credit. 

• We authenticate items through Entrupy. If we are unable to authenticate your item, you will be charged a $25 service charge. 

• Items and balance owed to consignors not picked up on the 60-day end date will become the property of The Pink Bag Consignment. 

Policies:

• The selling period for your items lasts for 60 days.

• Any unsold items can be picked up after the pick-up date. (pick-up date will be given day of drop off) 

• The Pink Bag is not responsible for pulling out your items. 

• You will not receive any reminders about your pick-up date. 

• Any items not picked up after the pick-up date become the property of The Pink Bag and may be donated. 

• The Pink Bag is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss.
