About Us
Our one mission and only goal here at The Pickle House is simple: Make Pickles.
We do this for the benefit of the earth. Throughout human history, pickles have been there as man's best friend: The Pickled Revolution, The First Pickle War, and The Cold Pickle War. However, not all of these memories must be bad. There was also The End Of The First Pickle War, the death of Apickle Hipick, the first Pickle Transplant, the invention of the Pickled Pickle, the Baked Pickle, and many more. Pickles have always been there for us -- and now, in these times, we must be there for them.
One of our most famous locations in Sag Harbor, New York, United States, is a great example of this. During the American Revolution, our founder's great great great great great great grandmother, Laura Elkcip, was there for those brave soldiers fighting in the war. She took them into her home and served her famous pickle recipe -- passed down from generation to generation, now in our hands -- to the famished soldiers. This alone brought the soldiers enough hope and strength to win the Battle of Pickletown, winning the United States the war.
We hope this story, along with many others you may see at our locations, will inspire you to join us and help us make the world a better place with just one simple thing: pickles.
