WHAT IF I HAVEN’T WORKED OUT IN A WHILE AND CAN’T DO ALL THE MOVEMENTS?
One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. If you’re a beginner, you can adjust the resistance level on the bike to suit your abilities and go at your own pace. You will be encouraged to push yourself, but are always in control of your own workout. Don’t worry about the movements your first time and just have fun and pedal! We promise it gets easier the more you ride, and you will be hitting all the moves in no time. Indoor spin classes are a great way to get fit and stay fit! It’s not uncommon to burn 400-800 calories in a 45 minutes session! If you are concerned about taking a class due to a physical condition, consult your physician before taking a class for the first time.
