In this course you will take the first steps towards true inner peace. Learn how to start your daily meditation practice through simple and profound practices, you'll begin to unveil the layers that cloud your mind and reconnect with the feeling that there's nothing missing in life anymore.
The goal: To find inner peace and purpose in the everyday life.
Each day you will watch a ~10 minute coaching video and practice a ~10 minute guided meditation.
The daily coaching videos are designed to guide you on the journey and explain what it is that you experience. The meditation practice and the intellectual understanding always goes hand in hand.
The sessions are pre-recorded so you can watch them at your own pace. You will have lifelong access to the content.
