My name is Sage Ortega I am an English Lit Major here at CSUN. Outside of school one of my passions is music. When I was 8 years old I saw Paramore's "Misery Business" music video and it actually changed my life. It opened up so many doors for me introducing me to that music genre of "pop punk" and "emo" music. It was a no brainer for me to incorporate music into my myth so naturally I chose emo because that is a subculture I grew up with and know the most about. I actually have experience and use to work at Hot Topic for a while as well as go to emo shows regularly.
