General Program Terms

1. Program Participation

   • Participants must maintain professionalism and discipline throughout the program.

   • Active participation, respect for the session format, and adherence to the rules are essential for a smooth and productive learning experience.

   • Participants are expected to submit assignments on time to ensure progression in the course.

2. Attendance and Video Requirement

   • Participants are required to keep their video on for the entire duration of the online training sessions.

   • Make sure you don't miss any session. In case of emergency, make sure to keep us informed and ensure timely completion of assignments.

3. Certification & Grading

   • You will receive a performance-grade certificate based on your attendance, assignment submissions, and overall participation.

   • The top performers will be rewarded with a complimentary consultation session with Kausar Shaikh, focused on brainstorming and setting up your personal brand.

4. Program Changes

   • The trainer reserves the right to make adjustments to the schedule, content, or delivery method as necessary to provide the best experience for participants.

Refund and Legal Terms

1. Non-Refundable Policy

   • To ensure that all participants remain committed and dedicated to completing the program, we do not offer refunds. In case a participant is unable to join the allocated batch, we will transfer them to the next available batch, subject to availability.

2. Breach of Terms

   • Program Discipline

Failure to comply with program rules, such as arriving late to online classes, missing sessions, or submitting incomplete assignments, will result in the loss of eligibility for the certificate and the complimentary consultation.

• Program Decorum

Disruptive behavior or misbehavior toward the trainer or fellow participants will result in immediate removal from the program without refund. Any complaints or concerns should be shared privately with us via email.

3. Legal Clause

   • Any defamatory statements, threats, or false claims against the program, trainer, or team will be subject to immediate legal action to protect the integrity of the program.
