Hey there my name is Seeker or more officially, TheOneTruSeeker. I have been playing Minecraft since 2009. In the ongoing 15 years of playing Minecraft I have found that Skyblock is my all time favorite game mode. With that being said I primarily look for Skyblock servers to play and staff on however I am not impartial to play and/or staff on any other game modes. I have also dedicated many of those years to involving myself with servers/networks that range from upcoming/unreleased to fully developed servers and providing them with my staff experiences, managerial experiences, and expertise.
My objective as an individual is to learn and grow with a company, network, server, project, or development. In exchange I would be offering my expertise and past experiences, suggestions, and ideas in for more experience to better myself as a staff member or manager. When it comes to work, I'm willing to go above and beyond. I believe in putting in 100% at all times and being proud of my work. When it comes to specifics I believe I excel with staff management or community management due to my friendly and connective nature.

My goal as a part of any staff team is to develop a bond with the playerbase and strive to be the bridge of understanding between the players and the staff team.
Community Management
Consists of but is not limited to; Giveaways, release and reset announcements, hosting events, polls (intake and response), changelogs, and just engaging in the community otherwise.
Staff Management
Consists of but is not limited to; Staff recruitment, promotions and demotions depending on time, and quality of support, staff meetings, announcements, and general connection with the team.
Project Management
Consists of but is not limited to; budgeting, server features and lore development, maintenance and upkeep of server, projected player base and income.
Chat Moderation
Consists of but is not limited to; Minecraft chat, Discord chats/channels, forums, tickets and appeals.
Gameplay Moderation
Consists of but is not limited to; Screen Sharing, checking files, enforcing rules appropriately and logging punishments correctly.
