TheOne: Password Manager
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Password Manager (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
We do not collect, store, access, read, or transmit your passwords, credit cards, bank accounts, identity credentials, or any vault data. All vault records are stored exclusively on your local device and are fully encrypted before writing.
No Remote Database / Servers: We do not run any central databases or servers to store your passwords or vault records. There is no cloud registration or backend account creation required to use the app.
Local-Only Encrypted Storage: Your data is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption. The key to decrypt your vault is derived directly from your Master Password or PIN, which is known only to you.
No Password Recovery: Because your Master Password is never transmitted to us or stored anywhere, we cannot recover it if you forget it. If you lose your Master Password or PIN, your vault remains permanently encrypted and inaccessible.
We do not collect any information.
Personal Information: We do not collect any personal information, such as your name, email address, or account details. No sign-up or registration is required to use the app.
User Content: All passwords, card details, bank account details, and identities you create remain solely on your device. We do not have access to your vault contents or master credentials.
Usage Data: We do not collect usage statistics, tracking info, or analytics metadata.
Cloud Backups: If you choose to enable the optional cloud synchronization feature, your encrypted vault is synced directly between your device and your personal cloud storage (Google Drive or iCloud). We do not host, store, or have any access to these files or accounts.
Since we do not collect any data, we do not use your personal information. All application operations—such as secure autofill, password generation, and local decryption—are performed entirely offline and locally on your device.
We do not sell, rent, or share user data. Since we do not store your data on our servers, there is no vault data to share with law enforcement, third parties, or advertising networks.
We do not retain any user data. All vault records remain on your local device or personal cloud storage under your direct control.
Since we do not collect or store any data on our servers, there is no user data on our systems to delete:
Local Deletion: You can permanently delete all local vault data by uninstalling the application or clearing the app storage in your device settings.
Cloud Backup Deletion: If you enabled optional cloud sync, you can delete your backup files directly from your personal Google Drive or iCloud settings.
