Each class introduces an age-appropriate “energy centre” theme — such as courage in the heart, calm in the belly, or self-expression in the throat — giving children a clear, playful way to understand feelings in their bodies while building confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation.
In a warm, inclusive, and non-competitive environment, children learn how emotions move through the body and how to navigate them in healthy, empowering ways. Through guided movement, breath, grounding, and mindful awareness, they develop emotional balance alongside important social-emotional skills like empathy, cooperation, and positive peer connection — all delivered through an engaging, imaginative teaching style.
