I currently hold  an assistant position (AN/021/24) at the Chair of Algebraic Geometry at the Humboldt University in Berlin. 

I received my PhD under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Stefan Schreieder at the Leibniz University in Hannover. During this period my research was funded by the ERC starting grant  ''RationAlgic''.

I am working in algebraic geometry. My research interests cover topics such as:

• Algebraic cycles

• Degenerations of algebraic varieties

• The geometry of abelian varieties.
