I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and Business at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). I am also affiliated with the UPF Barcelona School of Management (BSM) and the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE), and have previously been a Juan de la Cierva Formación fellow (2022-2023) and a Fox International Fellow at Yale University (2017-2018). I received my PhD in Economics and Management from the Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School in 2019. My research investigates the individual and contextual drivers and consequences of (growth oriented) entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as the implications of strategic human capital for new and established (social) ventures.
