Do not block driveways, entrances, exits, or other vehicles.
No vehicle repairs, washing, or maintenance or storing on the property.
No RVs, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles without prior authorization.
Owners park at their own risk. The property owner is not responsible for theft, damage, fire, weather, or other loss to vehicles or personal belongings.
Vehicles in violation of these rules may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
