Hello everyone ! Welcome to my personal website.
I hold a PhD in economics from the University of Paris Panthéon - Assas under the supervision of Sandra Cavaco and Joseph Lanfranchi. My research interests lie in the field of personnel and health economics. I study workers' behaviors and their impact on health and career.
In particular, I am interested in the corporate mechanisms, incentives and motivations that drive workers to be engaged in presenteeism behaviors (working when one should not, such as workaholic culture and working while sick). I study how presenteeism behaviors can be integrated into the existing economic literature and how to explain this widespread phenomenon. In addition, using modern econometric methods, I empirically study these behaviors by exploring data such as the "Working conditions and psychosocial risks" survey provided by the French Ministry of Labor.
Feel free to contact me if you are interested in these subjects.
