My coaching is based on the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought. Instead of teaching techniques, methods or exercises, we'll focus on unleashing insights and realisations from within you. It's a subtractive approach - the benefits come from your own developed understanding, instead of additively memorising strategies and practices.
The Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought underpin how human experience works. Understanding these principles gives you the leverage to respond differently to life, reduce stress and unlock your potential. It's a simple but deeply transformative process. The first introductory chat and first coaching session are free - a chance for us to explore what you want from coaching and how it could work for you. After that we'll find a rate and frequency that suits your budget. You can choose from any of my available coaching plans or we can make a custom plan that works for you. As a new coach, I try make my fees very accessible allowing you to focus on the value from the sessions rather than worry about the cost.
I offer both private one-to-one sessions and group coaching workshops. Private sessions focus entirely on what you want to explore, while group sessions can be excellent for teams.
Clients experience insights affecting all areas of life - from day-to-day stress and relationships to clarity in work or personal decisions. These insights often accompany a distinct feeling of being lighter, calmer and more in control. This often leads to seeing situations in a new way or experiencing moments of clarity and ease they hadn't thought possible.
Every person's realisations and transformations are unique, but all share a sense of relief, insight and renewed possibility.
Our coaching together would focus on whatever matters most to you - wellbeing, performance, relationships or work challenges. Previous clients' favourite part of coaching is that sessions are personal and private as we work together on what's relevant to you.
Do I need previous experience with coaching?
No experience is needed. Coaching works for anyone curious about seeing things differently or exploring changes in their life.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions are flexible, lasting 50-90 minutes, depending on your chosen coaching plan and what works for you.
How often are the sessions?
Sessions can be scheduled as often as twice a week or as infrequently as once every 2-3 months - whatever fits your life and goals.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is needed - just show up as you are, and we'll start where you're at.
