I am a PhD student reading history at Princeton University. My research focuses on African, environmental, and humanitarian history, with particular interests in hunger and famine. 

As a visiting fellow with the Feinstein International Center at Tufts University, I contribute to publications on famine prevention, the spatial and temporal dynamics of famine, and famine legacies.
