While we strive to provide qualified tutors, we cannot guarantee each tutor's specific qualifications or experience. Parents or guardians are responsible for assessing the suitability of a tutor for their child's needs.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Parents or guardians must be present during tutoring sessions or provide appropriate supervision.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is prepared for tutoring sessions and has the necessary materials.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for communicating with The Nice Guys regarding any concerns or issues.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your appointment you will get a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Nice Guys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.  

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Nice Guys from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
