Hello and welcome to The Nature Nest Dayhome!
My name is Nita, and I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with over 5 years of experience working with children in licensed childcare settings. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
As a mother of two beautiful daughters, I understand the trust parents place in a childcare provider. I know how important it is for children to feel safe, loved, respected, and encouraged every day. My goal is to provide a home-away-from-home environment where children feel comfortable exploring, learning, and building confidence.
My childcare philosophy is centered around learning through play, meaningful relationships, and supporting each child’s unique interests and abilities. I believe children learn best when they feel secure, valued, and inspired to explore the world around them.
At The Nature Nest Dayhome, children enjoy:
• Learning through play and exploration
• Arts and crafts activities
• Story time and early literacy experiences
• Music and movement
• Outdoor play and nature exploration
• Gross motor and sensory activities
• Healthy meals and snacks
• A structured daily routine with flexibility for individual needs
My strengths as an educator include patience, compassion, creativity, strong communication with families, and a genuine love for working with children. I strive to build positive relationships with both children and parents, creating a supportive partnership that helps every child succeed.
Throughout my personal and professional journey, I have learned the importance of resilience, dedication, and perseverance. These qualities help me provide a calm, caring, and dependable environment where children can feel confident, happy, and supported.
I look forward to welcoming your family to The Nature Nest Dayhome and being part of your child’s early learning journey.
