River Green (Thunder Bay) Inc. (RG) and Sophia’s Garden Artisan. (SGA) Health Canada (HC) oversees Cannabis Compliance (CC). RG was built at 600 Montreal Street in Thunder Bay.
Brad cofounded the medical cannabis company River Green (Thunder Bay) Inc in Thunder Bay Ontario with Jim Peterson who owned the building (600 Montreal street) and John Beals, ultimately 32 investors and 2 1/2 years later using the $12 million dollars invested, RG had its license. At licensing over 36 men had invested.
Wasting no time they promptly planted 6660 clones, which would have produced a minimum of $4 million of bud. It was sea of green grown in hydroponically and utilizing fogponics, Brad usually gets 2 to 3 pounds a light. He has his own proprietary nutrient recipe. He lost his incredible collection of strains, handing them over to RG for their opening inventory. Those were original strains from 30 and 40 years ago.
If you grow Cannabis, you know that’s a pretty darn good result and you want original strains. Brad hung out with Emory and all the greats. He was growing before it was cool.
You are allowed to start your mother plans before licensing. You just can’t put them into bud. Three months later, Brad got locked out and they threatened to kill our family in text if he went after the money he was owed. Because Brad sat on the board, he had no choice. He had to hire a lawyer and start the process or the investors could have sued him.
We immediately sold our house and sold everything we owned and went into hiding by moving into a 32 foot trailer with an outhouse and no hot water on Denman Island in BC and it’s a good thing we did because they sent four men with guns to Kamloops in a black Range Rover looking for us.
When Brad arrived October 4 to find the gate locked with a bicycle lock, we just thought it was a prank, but when Brad called the other guys looking for a bolt cutter, they informed him he was fired and not to return to the site. It’s important to keep in mind what the Responsible Person in Charge position means. If that person (RPIC) is locked out and loses what’s called “care and control” the entire crop has to be destroyed that day. Instead, they let it continue to grow and harvested it illegally December 19. I know all of this because Alex Cone was Brads apprentice and our friend for many years confessed it to me in a 48 minute call. I know all the details. Clearly his conscience was eating him alive. He was such a good friend that I helped him buy his engagement ring for his now wife. I have advised him to cut a deal and become a witness instead of a defendant. At the time he was just a young kid and he was bullied into all of this by Jordan. He figured Jordan knew what he was doing and was following the law so he did what he was told. I don’t know how he justified stealing the crop. I guess that money was too tempting around Christmas time.
Numerous lawsuits were filed in every direction.
When a business of this size dissolves into lawsuits, the first thing that judge does in the Superior Court of Canada is issues a Preservation and Protection order. It stated that the building could not be sold or transferred, and the assets inside could not be used for business operations until all the lawsuits were cleared up.
During the time Brad was locked out they grew and diverted the crop to the black market pocketing $4 million. Don’t forget the 750 k in tax money stolen. I did file a report with CRA. We learned that Jordan Smith, who is an ex OPP officer in Thunder Bay and Head of Security at RG had wiped the cameras and directed the illegal harvest with Alex Cone and a young man named Hunter. After Brad was locked out, Jordan was the only one who had access to the cameras and the only one who could possibly wipe them. They lied to Health Canada from day one and they even raised money in the United States lying to investors that they owned everything at 600 Montreal street, their greed led them to commit international fraud.
The perpetrators approached Brad and tried to get him to agree to be the RPIC and Master Grower at a second company called Sophia’s Garden Artisan (SGA). Brad refused because he was exhausted after working for 2 1/2 years and he felt that his loyalty lay with the investors of River Green. He was not going to hand that technology, strains and all that intellectual property over to other investors. He is a very loyal person.
I know they kept half of the money and gave the other half back to Jordan. I know where it went. I know how long it took to trim it and dry it and get it to the market. I know it was stored at the building that was supposed to be SGA. I know everything. And considering not a single shred of proof exists, or was filed with Health Canada proving that the crop was destroyed or failed, then clearly it was stolen, what other conclusion can you arrive at without those records? There is no other logical explanation other than that it was stolen. If you own a cannabis company like this, you don’t want to touch those plants or harvest them or destroy them unless you have that protection including those documents and reports to prove you didn’t steal the crop.
The villains instead lied to the other investors saying that Brad had ruined the crop and was fired because the crop failed. Look at those pictures of those plants. Do they look like they’re failing and if they had failed, where’s the proof that SGA is required by law to provide to health Canada. There are no 232 cameras worth of footage. There are no 2 witness statements. There are no opening and closing weights. They did not render the waste inert with kitty litter. They did not follow a single law or SOP and we know that because Brad wrote the SOP’s.
The only person who could have covered that all this over was the same woman who licensed RG then illegally issued the SGA license and then was promoted, Sonia Douglas. She completed the licensing for both RG and SGA. She cannot say she didn’t know. She was promoted to the one job that would help her, the manager of enforcement and compliance.
Brad was made aware the evidence package was stolen by Jeff because the officer that was processing RGs application at Deloitte informed him saying “hey did you know that Jeff came in and took the entire application file and returned it three days later?”. That literally never happens. You can get into huge trouble if you don’t protect all of that information.
That was very alarming because everything was in that package from security system details, serial numbers, Investor information and SOP’s. These things are so valuable that Deloitte charges 350,000 to do an application. Brad signed the service agreement and contract. He was the one who was in charge as the RPIC and they failed to get his permission or formally notify him after the fact. The only reason we found out was because the lady processing the application told Brad in passing. I have those messages in writing and can provide it. If Deloitte had not handed over the entire application and evidence package, or if Health Canada had done an ounce of investigating by calling Brad and taking his call, which they didn’t, none of this would’ve happened. If the two applications match that proves the fraud because RG never sold anything to SGA, even though they tried to buy the security system two weeks after licensing. (I have that email) We learned in a bankruptcy meeting recently that they had not even turned the security system on from day one. Keith Caverly, the bankruptcy trustee, was paid $8500 by one of the villains, to push the assets to SGA without a proper purchase. I’m not sure if that qualifies as a bribe or not. SGA tried to buy the security system that cost 1.5 million for $18,000.00.
Jim Peterson even went so far as to lie to his neighbors and his church members. The crop was stolen December 19. He told them that all they needed was 50,000 to get the crop off and they’d be looking at a dividend in January selling them fractional shares. They must have thought they could trust him because they went to the same church and they were literally neighbors.
When they went to the meeting to find out about their dividend, they were instead told by Keith Caverly that the company was bankrupt. The fraud was reported to the RCMP. In fact, he had to move because they were harassing him so much. He lost his home and his church. RG was definitely not bankrupt at that point so why would he say that and then miraculously years later is the bankruptcy trustee? Looks like we have another person who qualifies for participating in this criminal conspiracy. Another question to be answered. That meeting dissolved into one of the investors kicking Jim Peterson’s ass. I heard he cried.
Another question is why would a company revoke their license three months after achieving it only to put a new application in on the same address? Clearly nobody at Health Canada asked for any kind of proof that these assets have been sold or transferred all because Sonia Douglas didn’t want anyone know she ignored the order and illegally licensed SGA. In fact, the only thing Jordan told them was that the crop was “100% destroyed”. He did not follow the law or the SOP’s and could not provide a single piece of evidence proving that it was handled legally. You are also required to inform Health Canada two weeks ahead of time so that they can log into the cameras and watch you harvest or destroy the crop.
When Brad was locked out we thought it was just a Company gone wrong, but it was actual criminal activity and when we tried to tell the government after gathering all of the evidence for four years, they ignored every attempt of contact all so Sonia could cover it up because they illegally issued their license violating a superior court preservation order. Our 5 lawyers informed Health Canada and Cannabis Compliance, about the order and they ignored it. In fact, Sonia Douglas, who issued the illegal license actually replied and said thank you very much for the preservation order and ignored it anyway. Everything that occurred in that building after the date of the preservation order is a crime. They even tried to buy the security system two weeks after licensing. We have the email. We learned that they had no working cameras or security system from day one. Later Sonia Douglas would be promoted to the manager of enforcement and compliance. The very job she would need to be in order to cover this all up.
It wasn’t until I created the website that they returned our phone call after trying to deliver the evidence to them in every way we could think of. When I sent them the website, they replied and gave me a single hour meeting. I was promised more, but after realizing they had criminal and financial liability, Jessica Ingersoll shut the investigation down and refused the future meetings.
We also discovered that Jeff Burell, who was the CEO of RG was trying to get work done on behalf of SGA at Deloitte on River Greens account. He was promptly fired because we pulled the report who sat on the board of SGA and his name was there. After being fired, he went to Toronto and demanded the entire file for River Green, and Jeff took it and gave it to CannDelta so they could complete SGA’s application at record speed. CannDelta knew that file and all of those documents were stolen because they had visited the site and gotten a tour when it was RG even meeting Brad. Or did they just never ask? Another item to come out in the investigation.
CannDelta offered to complete the application for $80,000 in the tour and Brad promptly shut that down because they had a contract with Deloitte and it was almost complete. CannDelta started in the industry bragging they had worked in that very department side-by-side with Sonia Douglas and had direct experience as their main marketing message. We can get your application approved because we used to work there and we have insider information.
I don’t think Sonia Douglas was given any money. I think that CannDelta just reached out and said hey what’s up with this application? Can you get it done for me? Thanks so much. I don’t think she realized by ignoring the preservation order how much damage she was doing. I’m actually very curious if she made the decision on her own or if her boss OK ignoring the order. The losses are in the billions now
CannDelta knew that everything at that address was owned by River Green. They got a guided tour. The perpetrators used CannDelta to process SGAs application and Jeff returned the file three days later.
I first started reaching out during Justin Trudeau’s reign and I went to our local MP Allister Mcgreggor. He was in Ottawa when I visited his office. After explaining to his employees what was going on they pulled him out of his meeting in Ottawa and then 45 minutes later. I was informed that I was not welcome back. Apparently Justin Trudeau lied to our MP Allister Mcgreggor that we had sued the government which we never have and told him as well as the other MP in thunder Bay to not speak with us, do not get involved, essentially taking away our representation in Ottawa. When he left Office, I notified everyone in Carney’s government and did not get a reply until I had made the website. If you made are aware of huge federal crimes and you failed to report them or investigate them, in my opinion, you are now a part of that criminal conspiracy.
Through a freedom of information request. We were able to get the four page report that Health Canada generated at the destruction of River Green. It is a literal checklist of crime and by law should have been referred to the local police for investigation. It was never sent. It describes the missing plants, no camera footage and all the other violations. It’s on the website.
The only way this is going to get resolved is if it hits the media and a proper investigation is completed. There are six other victims, besides Brad. This is not going away. Considering Health Canada and Jessica Ingersoll, Sonia’s boss shut down the investigation after a single hour, clearly letting the criminal investigate their own crimes is not a good idea.
SGA has been operating for years without oversight without a security system. Even if they figured out how to turn them on which I doubt they didn’t own them. There is no way to know what they were up to inside that building. I’m concerned that they bought and used illegal black market Cannabis to make edibles.
That building was designed to grow half a billion dollars of Cannabis annually, not just for cooking edibles. I’ve also had reports from people who worked inside SGA that there was plastic in the edibles and that it was all not compliant.
All of this to cover up the fact that Sonia Douglas illegally issued the license and used her new position as the manager of enforcement and compliance to cover it up. The losses are now in the billions. If the government wants to manage that industry, it must follow the law. Or no consumer of Cannabis are safe.
I am asking now for a formal investigation from the RCMP and I am asking the other investigative bodies to announce the investigation. The report we gave them literally lists self evident crimes. I’m sure more can be added later. Lock the building down and announce the investigation.
Health Canada needs to make the victims whole and considering the fines in Cannabis start at $1 million and Deloitte is a $6 billion company in Canada annually. Any settlements that are paid will be covered by the fines costing Canadians nothing. Don’t forget CannDelta and the other men involved. This will be probably the biggest collective fine ever charged. Health Canada and the government have no choice but to make examples of these people so it’s never attempted again. I’m glad I’m not them.
We have offered to walk CC and HC through all of the crimes so they know exactly what to look for, they instead chose to close the investigation after a single hour.
The building must be locked down to preserve evidence and a full independent investigation must be completed. The government even tried to tell me that the theft of $4 million of weed is a civil matter, I cannot sue somebody into jail. I kept that email too.
Over $800,000 has been billed in legal fees, we lost our house, our retirement fund, our kids college fund, absolutely everything. It was like having a fire in your home. Everything was gone. Everything we worked so hard for. It’s just heartbreaking and then I’m facing a Parkinson’s diagnosis so clearly this has affected my health. We are forced to use the food bank. Brad has a spinal injury from 20 years ago. He deserves to be retired. He had a five-year contract with River Green as the RPIC and Master Grower. By now he should’ve been fabulously wealthy and retired.
The drug squad and OPP and Thunder Bay Police are investigating. The Conservative Party is investigating and I have reached out the Federal Crown Prosecutor as well.

It was only a matter of time before criminals tried to get around the Cannabis Act for their own benefit. We must close the loopholes to protect consumers and the industry. River Green (Thunder Bay) Inc. (RG) Sophia's Garden Artisan (SGA) Health Canada (HC) Cannabis Compliance (CC). Brad Olson was a co-founder, Master Grower, Responsible Person in Charge, board officer and majority shareholder.
Below is the report that was sent including to; the Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Health, Health Canada and Cannabis Compliance. They chose to ignore it as it would have revealed the illegal issuance of a 500 Million dollar Cannabis Facility Cultivation license in Thunder Bay Ontario. (NOTE, Names left accurate so the villain's are exposed.)
Key issues: Brad was the RPIC and locked out of the facility shortly after licensing, 2.5 years of work and 12 million dollars invested. The only crop RG produced was diverted to the black market and 750k in tax money stolen! The crooks put a new illegal license on the site even though there was a Superior Court Preservation Order stating the assets and building could not be transferred or used for business activities.
The licensing officer Sonia Douglas ignored every attempt to inform her. The diversion was ignored because the illegal issuance of the license to the same men who diverted the crop to the back market. To cover up this lack of due diligence, the investigation into the diverted crop was never referred to the local police. It wasn't until I created the website that the government after years of our attempts to hand over the evidence was finally answered. Only to close it after a single hour meeting in spite of more meetings promised to the victims.
There was no RPIC in place the next day which would allow the crop to be completed. Instead they stole the crop and erased all evidence of the theft. Including a lack of any of the required documentation in the SOPs for the destruction to prove it happened and wasn't diverted. The lack of proof is the the proof of the theft. They told HC it failed but not a single picture or any evidence to prove it. RG NEVER SOLD ANYTHING TO SGA. Two weeks after licensing SGA tried to buy the security system from RG and failed. So SGA had no cameras watching anything. (232 cameras) and not a single frame of failed plants or proof it was destroyed.
Still think it was all destroyed? Me neither.

2. Parties Involved (Who)
1. Sonia Douglas – Licensing Officer and later Manager of Enforcement and Compliance, Cannabis Compliance
· Alleged Wrongdoing: Issued a cultivation license in direct violation of a Superior Court Preservation and Protection Order.
· Promotion and Conflict of Interest: Despite these illegal actions, she was promoted to Manager of Enforcement Compliance, placing her in a position of authority over investigations into her own prior wrongdoing.
· Impact: Enabled ongoing illegal operations and cover-up of theft and mismanagement of assets.
2. Jessica Ingersoll – Supervisor / Manager, Cannabis Compliance
· Oversaw Sonia Douglas and failed to prevent or correct the illegal license issuance, despite legal notifications and court orders.
· By not acting, she contributed to continued unlawful operations and systemic regulatory failure.
3. Robert Bradley Olson – Author and Witness
· Founder, Master Grower, Responsible Person in Charge (RPIC), Board Member of the licensed facility.

Crown Prosecutor and local Drug Squad are investigating. The previous Crown shut down the investigation quote "the loss of the crop is a civil matter". No its not...I can't sue someone into jail.
5.) The board and shareholders of Sophia's Garden Artisan.
6) CannDelta for submitting the fraudulent cultivation license to CC. They KNEW 600 Montreal Street was owned by RG as they got a guided tour. They used the stolen documents from Deloitte to complete the application. Clearly asking for NO proof that SGA owned anything!
7) Deloitte Canada. Originally hired to complete the cultivation license for RG charging 350,000.00 for the service. The same week the President, Jeff Burrell was fired for trying to get work done for SG on RGs account, he stole the file. Jeff walked into Deloitte and demanded the ENTIRE file. Deloitte handed it to him without permission from Brad. Brad signed the RG/Deloitte contract, the master grower, RPIC, and founder. They didn't even bother to ask him or formally notify him. The file was returned 3 days later to Deloitte's office.
8) The GIG Group. The company founded so 29 men could pool their money and buy shares in RG. Most of them participated in the criminal conspiracy. In Fact, the President of GIG Group, put the lock on the gate locking out Brad.
3. Nature of Allegations (Focus on Cover-Up and Crimes)
3.1 Illegal Licensing and Violation of Court Orders
· Sonia Douglas issued the cultivation license in direct violation of the first Superior Court Preservation and Protection Order, which explicitly prohibited use, sale, or transfer of the facility and associated assets.
· Multiple lawyers, at least five, formally notified Cannabis Compliance of this violation. No corrective action was taken.
· A second Preservation and Protection Order was subsequently issued confirming the original order remains in effect to this day, yet government authorities have failed to enforce it.
3.2 Theft and Diversion of Cannabis Crop
· I supervised the planting of 6,660 cannabis plants under federal oversight.
· Contrary to official claims that the plants were destroyed, I have direct, first-hand knowledge that the crop was diverted to the black market.
· This diversion constitutes criminal theft and mismanagement of controlled substances and has not been properly investigated due to systemic cover-up.
3.3 Systemic Cover-Up
· Internal communications and documentation indicate deliberate efforts to conceal the illegal license issuance, theft of assets, and continued violations of court orders.
· Efforts to report wrongdoing were systematically blocked or denied at every level, including:
o Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) – Investigation was dismissed, and theft of $4 million in cannabis was falsely classified as a “civil matter.”
o Ministry of Health
o Ministry of Justice

o Local Members of Parliament in Thunder Bay and British Columbia
· The Crown was instructed by Ottawa not to continue participation in the investigation. To comply, the Crown falsely claimed that we were pursuing a lawsuit against the federal government—something that is entirely false. At no point have we initiated or are we pursuing legal action against the federal government.
· Promotion of Sonia Douglas after illegal acts, combined with minimal investigation by Health Canada (one-hour review), demonstrates systemic failure of accountability and regulatory enforcement. She to this day occupies the Manager of Enforcement of Compliance. The very role with the ability to cover up wrongdoing.
4. Timeline of Key Events
· Superior Court Preservation and Protection Order #1 issued prohibiting use or transfer of facility and assets.
· Sonia Douglas issues cultivation license in violation of Court Order #1.
· Multiple lawyers submit formal notifications of illegal license; ignored by Cannabis Compliance.

7. Attempts to Report Wrongdoing
Despite the severity of these violations, all attempts to report the wrongdoing were systematically ignored or denied:
1. Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) – Investigation dismissed; theft of $4 million in cannabis deemed a civil matter, which is legally and factually incorrect.
2. Ministry of Health (Federal and Provincial) – Informed of ongoing regulatory violations; no action taken.
3. Prime Minister’s Office – Notified of systemic cover-up; no action taken.
4. Ministry of Justice – Alerted regarding violations of Superior Court orders and obstruction of justice; participation halted under Ottawa instructions.
5. Local MPs in Thunder Bay and British Columbia – Reports formally submitted but denied at the federal level. Both the current and previous PM tried lying to our MPs telling them we sued the Government when no lawsuit existed. They were instructed in real time to never speak to any of the victims, essentially removing our representation in Ottawa and our voice. I wouldn't be surprised if the Liberal Government has instructed the press to not report this issue.

The only thing we have ever asked for is a independent investigation. Considering HC and CC ended the investigation after a single hour meeting, the urgency for this investigation has never been higher.

In fact, I have attached the email SGA attempts to purchase the 1.5 m dollar security system for 18,000.00 2 weeks AFTER SGA had been licensed for operation.

When informed, Cannabis Compliance officer Sonia Douglas ignored all the emails from 5 lawyers. Her only response was thank you very much. She was well aware of it. I just want to know if her boss gave her permission to ignore the order or she did that on her own? Destroying our ability to get justice in the courts.
The same men who murdered RG founded SGA. Sending ONE email revoking RG license that took 12.5 million dollars and 2.5 years. Cannabis Compliance didn't ask a single question and ignored Brads attempt to point out these huge violations of the Cannabis Act.

River Green never completed a single transaction which means every plant should have been destroyed.
Here is the problem with that. Jordan Smith, the Head of Security for RG particpated in its theft. Jordan deleted every single camera (232) feed. Jordan is the only one who could have deleted it. Jordan is a retired OPP Officer! The Head of The Drug Squad OPP in Thunder Bay is aware and refuses to investigate.
There is no report on the opening and closing weights of the destruction. Lack of evidence is the evidence.
There are no two witness statements as per the destruction requirements, no pictures, and no rendering it inert. In fact they informed CC after the destruction when 2 weeks notice is required. Simply stating in the report 100% destroyed and nothing else. Years after the theft I obtained the confession of one of the illegal harvester's, Alex Cone. He was Brads growing apprentice at RG. It was all deviated to the black market and the cameras wiped clean.

Long time ago just after all this stupid weed shit happened, the betrayal, being threatened with murder, hiding for 2 1/2 years wondering if that’s the night they’re gonna come to burn your trailer down and kill your family. We hid on Denman with an outhouse and no heat, no hot shower, terrified and just praying the lawsuits deal with it. So we could move on.
They didn’t. 720 k and 3 years later we find out they didn’t even use a real lawyer. So no fees. No fear of losing a license. No insurance. No barrier to unethical choices and actions like every other lawyer.
Although we avoided going public because at that point it was just a broken business who cared. Then I found out about the 4 million in Weed that went to the black market. The 750 k of our tax money gone.
So I did what I thought was right, which was informing government about the crime little did I know that they were going to be more interested in covering their own employees, illegal issuing of the license.
To protect themselves, they burned my family to the ground. We lost everything.
I didn’t start running my mouth. I started with reporting like citizens are supposed to. After two years of that I realized going public was gonna be the only move.

The government wants to exclusively handle the cannabis industry worth billions then they need to follow the law that they wrote. Part 1 - The inception and destruction of River Green (Thunder Bay) Inc. (RG)
A Federal cannabis facility located in Thunder Bay, Ontario was founded late 2018 with three men, Jon Beals, Jim Peterson and Brad Olson. Eventually a company called the GIG Group would be founded by 29 men to pool their money and invest in RG in Thunder Bay. Little did RG know that these men would cause its financial death and try to steal its building and assets just so they wouldn't have to share with the founders Jon or Brad. Between them owning 32% of RG and Brads Master Grower employment contract. Not the only victims. but 6 other investors outside of GIG lost everything too.
GIG went on to found Sophia's Garden Artisan. (SGA)
80,000 sq ft of cannabis (34) grow rooms and 20,000 sq ft of administration. Projected to gross 500 hundred million dollars annually. 600 Montreal Street, Thunder Bay.
Unfortunately, greed took over most of the business partners leading to the murder of RG. Shortly after being licensed with over 6000 plants in the ground, October 4th 2019 they locked out Brad, an illegal move. Only five days prior they had a meeting to discuss how to "get rid of Brad and Jon". GREED AT ITS WORST!
Without a replacement RPIC in place that day, the crop was required to be destroyed. Instead, Dec. 19, 2019 it was stolen and sold to the black market. Cannabis Compliance knew about the theft and did nothing. You will see that report in the video. Why did they do this?
To cover-up the mistake of the CC licensing officer Sonia Douglas who issued SGA's cultivation license even though several of lawyers informed her via email that the building and assets was under an active Superior Court Preservation and Protection Order. It stated the assets could not be used for business purposes and the building could not be transferred.
So how did SGA get around it?
During the licensing for RG, Brad was approached and offered the role of RPIC for SGA at its new site in Thunder Bay. Brad turned it down and that started the villians on the plot to get rid of Brad and Jon, majority shareholdres of RG by financially murdering it so SGA could assume its assets and set up shop at 600 Montreal Street.
Using a fraudulent bankruptcy proceeding and a corrupt Bankruptcy officer, SGA drained RGs account and stole its only crop, deviating it to the black market. SGA applied for their license and fraudulently claimed to Health Canada they owned everything at 600 Montreal street when they didn't. RG NEVER SOLD SGA anything ever! It didn't help the licensing officer who both issued the SGA license improperly and licensed RG was promoted to the very position she would need to be in to cover it up, The Manager of Enforcement of Compliance. She ignored the Preservation Order, and we think we know why.
CannDelta likes to brag on their site that the founders used to work in Cannabis Compliance so they offer their clients inside information and connections. Sonia may not have understood the harm of ignoring the Order at the time, but ignoring reports of wrongdoing for 2.5 years is a cover-up.
CannDelta who completes cultivation licenses for clients was founded by Sonia's previous co-workers. CannDelta was given a tour of 600 Montreal Street and RG right before licensing. They were aware that the building and the assets were owned by River Green. The bad guys tried to convince Brad to fire Deloitte who had been hired to complete RG's application. (Deloitte Canada does 6 billion a year in business in Canada). A very well known accounting company around the world who decided to get into the weed game.
Brad said no because RG had an iron clad contract with Deloitte Canada and out of the 350,000 billed for the service, only 37,000 remained owing. It made no sense to fire Deloitte. After they failed to scoop all the efforts put towards the extensive application document for RG, they went another direction.
Jeff Burrell was the CEO of RG. Brad was informed that Jeff was ordering work done for SGA on the RG account. This violated his contract so he was fired. Right after Jeff was fired he went to Deloitte's Toronto office and threw a hissy fit demanding the ENTIRE file for RG. He got it and returned it to Deloitte less then a week later. Brad was never formally informed about the breach and only found out because the licensing officer (her name changed) Sandy told Brad the file had been breached in passing conversation. Deloitte should have asked Brad as the RPIC, and who signed the service contract for RG permission before releasing such sensitive documents. SGA gave these documents to CannDelta and guess who got their license in record time? (C80,000.00) SGA.
We have a letter from SGA trying to buy the 1.5 million dollar security system from RG dated after they are licensed! Totally illegal! The breach of the Deloitte documents is a loophole that must be closed.

[15] [16] MS’s position does not account for several key facts. One of the original proceedings that I am case managing under the River Green umbrella is the matter Olson v River Green CV-20-366. That matter first came before our court on a case conference in January 2021 where the plaintiff Mr. Olson, now a director of River Green, was asking to schedule a date for argument of his motion to have a receiver-manager for River Green. On April 1 2021, Fregeau J. made a temporary without prejudice order preserving the River Green assets in the Olson matter. The order also restrained River Green and/or any of its officers, directors or shareholders, and/or any other related party or parties who may be in temporary possession or control of any assets of River Green from assigning, transferring or disposing of said assets. That order has not been varied or lifted. MS played no part in obtaining that order as it had not yet been retained.
Investigations are underway.
The OPP, Thunder Bay Police, the Conservatives, Health Canada, Cannabis Compliance, Thunder Bay Drug Squad, CRA are investigating. Now is the time to issue a full recall for SGA. They had no over-sight, cameras or any record of their activities.
A full recall is in the best interests of consumers and is required by the Cannabis Act.

Jim Peterson - founder and leader of the criminal conspiracy (cc) (CC is Cannabis Compliance). He got shares in RG for supplying the building. He violated the Preservation Order. Lied to his church going aquantices telling them the crop was ready for sale next month and just needed $50,000.00 to sell it. They were promised a return on their investment the next month, instead of a divident cheque, they were told by Keith Caverly the crop was destoyed and RG was bankrupt. The victims were sold fractional shares and reported the fraud to the RCMP. The crop was actually stolen and diverted to the black market in Thunder Bay, December 19 2019. If you smoked black market weed in Thunder Bay that Christmas you were probably smoking that crop.
Jeff Burrell - President fired from RG for using RG account to get work done for SGA at Deloitte. He walked into the office and stole the file only to return it 3 days later as if it was a librafry book.
Jordan Smith - Head of Security RG/SGA. Deleted the cameras and participated in the cannabis theft. He directly profited from its sale telling the other illegal harvesters to keep half and return the other 50% of the profits.
Sam Romeo - Investor, hired to do the build at RG. Submitted huge fake invoices to push the bankruptcy of RG through. Put the other site that was supposed to be SGA location in his X wifes name to cover the illegal operations there. The stolen weed was trimmed, cured, and stored there during its sale.
Alex Cone/Hunter - low level RG employees who helped harvest and sell the weed from RG at the direciton of Jordan Smith.
Cian OSullivan - RG/SGA investor who was a lawyer in Scotland and acted as SGA and other individuals counsel but never held a license or insurance to practice in Canada. Easy to be unethical when you aren't risking your license! He helped waste almost a million dollars in legal fees. Operated right besides Rod Johassen.
Rod Johansen - original lawyer for RG. Went on to participate in the conspiracy. Represented both RG AND SGA AND INDIVIDUALS! Very unethical. His name is on the email where they set up the meeting to plan the take over.
Michael Atlidakis - Participated in the criminal conspiracy.
Dominic Cainfagna - President of GIG Group. Locked the gates and told Brad "We have secured the building so fuck off". He is NOT a victim in this. That action of closing the gate meant the crop should have been destroyed that day. It was not.
John Duck - Manager of SGA. I informed him his company SGA, was operating illegaly. He didn't care. I warned him to get out and away from these guys. He didn't. He had the responsibility as the manager of SGA to investigate and report wrongdoing. He did not.
Sonia Douglas - illegally issued the cultivation license to SGA. She knew. Promoted to the Manager of Enforcemnet of Compliance. The exact position that could cover this up.
Matt Pearson - participated in the criminal conspiracy and murder of RG. Attended the meeting in Toronto to hatch the criminal plan.
@CannDelta - got the guided tour of RG. Bad guys hired them to complete the application for SGA. They were handedthe stolen application of RG from Jeff. The only way they could possibly complete the process so quickly.
@DeloitteCanada - handed over the ENTIRE RG file to Jeff and failed to get permission or formally inform Brad about the event. Paid $350,000.00 for their services but came to find out they didn't have a cannabis lawyer on staff. This company does 6 billion in business in Canada annually. How much would you fine them for this gross violation of a clients trust?
GIG Group - Company started to buy shares in RG.
Keith Caverly - bankruptcy officer who particpated in the criminal conspiracy. I can prove that because he attended the very FIRST shareholder meeting in January of 2020 informing them the company was bankrupt. It was not. No Bankruptcy proceeding had been filed. He was allegedly bribed by Sam Romeo with $7,500.00 to push the site over to SGA ownership. It didn't work.
This is SGA's bsuiness plan. The villians wanted Brad to run it in support to RG. But he refused. He worked so hard and hadn't taken a holiday in years. When he turned them down that sparked the discussions around the conspiracy to "get rid of brad and john" . The email is to the left. It clearly says the point of the meeting was to "get rid" of other investors so they wouldnt have to share. Greed kicked in but in the end they won't win.
