# RIP LAB Privacy Policy
**Effective date: October 15, 2026**
RIP LAB is a card-collecting and pack-opening simulation operated by **Most Fun Games**. This policy explains the current Android app and standalone HTML game. The game is intended for a general audience, including children. Displayed USD balances, trades, rewards and cards are simulated; the game does not process real-money purchases or cash withdrawals.
## 1. Who is responsible and how to contact us
**Most Fun Games** handles privacy questions and requests, including inquiries from parents and guardians about the game and its advertising provider.
- Email: jamega9000@gmail.com
- Mailing address: 11645 SW 234th Street, Homestead, FL 33032, United States
- Telephone: +1 (786) 627-0714
## 2. Game information stored on your device
The game does not require an account, a real name, an email address or a date of birth. It stores information in browser or Android app storage so your progress survives closing the game:
- Your card collection, card images you choose to import, pack-opening history and discovered cards.
- Your simulated balance, virtual purchases and sales, daily rewards and Profile totals.
- Game preferences, manually edited card references and any price-feed URL you enter.
- The virtual market's inventory, prices, timing and randomization state.
- Free rewarded packs, completed-ad counts and random reward receipt identifiers used to prevent duplicate rewards.
This release has no developer-operated game account, cloud-save service, public player profile, chat or multiplayer trading service. We do not automatically upload your collection, simulated balance, selected images or save file to Most Fun Games. We do not attach those records or reward receipt IDs to our AdMob ad requests. Advertising SDK processing is described separately below.
If you export a save, the game writes a JSON file to a location you choose. That file includes your saved progress and settings, including imported images and saved URLs where applicable. Importing a file reads the file you select. Exported files remain wherever you save or copy them; deleting app data does not delete those separate copies. The game does not automatically send save files to another person or service.
## 3. Android advertising and Google services
The Android app uses Google's AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK for rewarded ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for privacy messages and consent information. The standalone HTML game does not load these native advertising SDKs.
Because children are included in the audience, this version applies child-directed ad-request treatment and a maximum G ad-content rating to every player. It also marks the UMP consent request as under the age of consent. There is no adult advertising-personalization path or age-screening form. Google documents that child-directed treatment disables interest-based and remarketing ads and prevents transmission of the Android advertising identifier. The app additionally removes the Android advertising-ID permission. These settings do not mean that advertising involves no data processing. [Google targeting documentation](https://developers.google.com/admob/android/targeting)
Google's SDK can process network and device information, including IP address and approximate location inferred from it, app/ad interactions, performance diagnostics, and identifiers permitted by the applicable request settings. Google uses SDK information for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We do not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access. [Google SDK data disclosure](https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure)
Privacy checks and eligible ad loading can occur when the Android app starts or prepares an ad, before you choose to watch one. Watching a rewarded ad is optional; you can continue ordinary gameplay without watching. The game grants one free Starter Spark pack only after the SDK reports that the reward was earned. An early close or playback failure does not grant a pack.
Google is the advertising and privacy-message service provider. Its own policies describe its processing, service providers, international processing, retention and privacy controls: [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and [Google advertising information](https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads). Ad clicks may open an advertiser's website or app, which has its own privacy practices.
## 4. Children and parental choices
Children can use the game without creating an account or submitting a name, contact details or birth date. The game has no public posting, messaging, account-based profiling or player-to-player gifting. Imported artwork stays on the device unless you independently export or share a save file. We do not use the game's local collection or play history for behavioral advertising.
Parents and guardians can inspect the local collection and Profile, export the local save for review, and remove local information using the deletion steps below. They may contact Most Fun Games to ask what information we hold about their child, request its review or deletion, or ask us to stop further collection or use where applicable. We may need reasonable information to verify the requester’s authority, but please do not send a child's photo, identification document, birth date or other sensitive details unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.
We cannot look up a child's local save on our servers because this release has no cloud-save database. We can explain how to delete device data and help route questions about Google-processed advertising information. If we learn that we have received a child's personal information beyond what is permitted for the relevant purpose, we will delete it or obtain any required parental authorization before further use. We will not add new collection or sharing that requires parental consent without first providing the required notice and obtaining that consent.
## 5. Privacy controls and optional network features
Where UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, the Android app displays **Ad privacy choices** under Profile > Settings. Available controls depend on the SDK's request treatment and your region. Advertising remains configured for child-directed treatment in this version regardless of whether a privacy-options form is shown.
Card-source links open third-party websites. A price feed is contacted only when you enter a feed URL and choose the sync action. Those sites or services can receive the network information associated with your request and apply their own privacy policies. Do not put sensitive information or credentials into a saved URL. The game has no separate analytics or crash-reporting integration beyond the advertising SDK's processing described above.
## 6. Sharing and purposes
Local information is used to operate the game, remember settings, maintain the virtual market, calculate your Profile and deliver earned rewards. Random receipt IDs prevent the same reward being added twice. Most Fun Games does not operate a service selling or publicly distributing your game saves. Google advertising-related collection and sharing are described in Section 3; this policy does not claim that advertising involves no third-party processing.
If you email us, we receive the address and message you choose to send and use them to respond to your request, handle privacy inquiries and meet applicable obligations. Only send information needed for the request. Our email service processes that correspondence. We may disclose information we actually hold when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security or legal claims, subject to applicable safeguards.
## 7. Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until you replace it, clear browser/app data or uninstall the Android app. Lifetime counters remain in the save; the game retains up to 100 recent transaction records and up to 1,000 acknowledged reward receipt IDs. Pending native reward receipts are removed after the game acknowledges a successful save. Google-managed SDK information and privacy choices follow Google's handling and device storage settings; removing local game data does not itself delete Google's server-side records.
- **Android:** use your device's Settings > Apps > RIP LAB > Storage controls to clear app data, or uninstall the app. Labels vary by device. This removes local progress and unredeemed local rewards.
- **Standalone HTML:** clear the browser storage/site data associated with the game. An in-game reset, where available, resets game progress but should not be relied on to erase every browser or SDK record.
- **Exported saves:** delete the JSON files and any other copies yourself, including copies you placed in cloud storage.
- **Contact messages:** ask us to delete information we hold by emailing the privacy contact. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law provides them, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information we hold, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. You may also raise a concern with your local privacy authority. We will explain any limits, including where the information exists only on your device or is handled independently by Google.
## 8. Security and changes
We use the Android app sandbox, device/browser storage controls and an origin-restricted native bridge to reduce unauthorized access. Local save files are not separately encrypted by the game. Protect your device and exported files; no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We will revise this policy if the game's information practices change and update the effective date. For material changes affecting children or consent requirements, we will provide any additional notice or consent process required before starting the new processing. Contact Most Fun Games using Section 1 if you have questions about this policy.
