Hi, I’m Samia Henaine, a passionate Math Educator and Instructional Leadership Coach dedicated to helping teachers transform math classrooms into spaces where curiosity and deep understanding thrive. With over 18 years of experience supporting K–8 educators, I guide you step-by-step to make inquiry-based teaching a natural, joyful part of your practice.
Let’s take this journey together!
From memorizing steps to making sense of mathematics, create a classroom where every learner thrives.
Your students are curious.
They ask “why” before “how.”
They explore, argue, and explain their thinking — not just copy your steps.
And you? You feel confident, supported, and excited to teach math every single day.
That’s what Math Bridges Coaching is all about — helping K–8 educators and schools shift from doing math to thinking mathematically through inquiry-based, concept-driven teaching that works in your real classroom.

" I had an exceptional one-on-one math session that opened my eyes to concepts I hadn’t noticed before. Samia is an incredibly organized trainer in every way, and she taught in a way no one else could. This session will definitely be the first of many, as learning from her is truly a treasure." -- Rana Fneish, PYP Coordinator
"I highly recommend Mrs. Samia henaine as an outstanding Math PYP Coordinator and private tutor. As a fellow PYP math lead, I’ve greatly benefited from her support and expertise. She has truly helped me deepen my understanding of PYP planning and how to meaningfully integrate math across all areas of learning.
Thanks to her guidance, I’ve grown more confident in handling various situations—whether it’s supporting the teachers on my team or addressing the diverse needs of learners. Even though we’ve paused our private sessions for now, she remains incredibly responsive and approachable whenever I reach out.
Her professionalism, dedication, and affordability make her a valuable resource for anyone seeking to grow in the PYP framework, especially in the area of math education." -- Wafa'a Fayad, PYP math lead
"As a current math leader in the UAE, I give all my appreciation to my previous math coordinator whom I worked with, in Lebanon, for 5 years. Samia has helped me identify my talents and work towards pursuing them. Her guidance has always been so important in shaping my professional career. Samia always ensured that we, educators, can achieve a lot by working as a team. By providing us with tools, strategies, constructive feedback, ongoing training sessions, she opened our eyes to acknowledge the importance of teaching mathematics in the primary years and helping learners develop their creativity and ability to think and solve problems. I am so grateful that I am still connected with Samia as I believe she’ll always be an inspiration to me and to many others." -- Nadia Al-Bizri, Math Leader
Q: Is this coaching right for me if I’m new to inquiry-based teaching?
A: Absolutely! The program is designed to meet you where you are and support your growth step by step.
Q: Does this program include training on how to use AI in math teaching?
A: Yes! You’ll explore how AI tools can enhance inquiry-based learning, support planning and differentiation, and engage students in thinking more deeply. You'll leave with practical ways to use AI thoughtfully and ethically in your math classroom.
Q: Can the coaching be done fully online?
A: Yes! Coaching sessions are virtual, making it easy to fit into your schedule regardless of location.
Q: If the coaching is for a school, will classroom observations and individual teacher feedback be provided?
A: Yes! For school and team coaching, I offer classroom observations (either virtual or in-person depending on location) and provide personalized feedback to support each teacher’s growth. This ensures that the coaching is practical, actionable, and tailored to your school’s unique needs.
Q: Can the coaching be done in a condensed one-week format?
A: While the full coaching journey typically spans a term (about 12 weeks) to allow time for reflection, practice, and growth, I can design a customized intensive workshop or training week for schools with follow-up support options. This intensive approach provides foundational knowledge quickly, but sustained coaching yields deeper, longer-lasting transformation.
