At this annual gathering, guests are treated to a supple cut of prime rib with all the fixings.  A silent auction of numerous items donated by community businesses follows.  Guests finish the night with music and dancing.  Being held February 18 at the Elks Lodge. 

Proceeds are collected during all varsity, junior varsity, and middle school football games.  Monies are collected and later distributed to middle and high school teams.
