The Success Cafe
Where Dreams Are Brewed With Love
Founded in 2007, The Success Café is a purpose-driven organization rooted in resilience, restoration, and community care. Born from lived experience in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, The Success Café was created from a simple yet powerful truth: sometimes all you need to rebuild your life is a safe space, faith, and the courage to keep going.
In the years following Katrina, Founder Jayda Atkinson spent countless days walking to coffee shops—any place that offered a seat, a cup of love, and the freedom to sit with her laptop, God, and her purpose. Those spaces became places of vision, healing, and rebirth. It was there that dreams were formed, plans were written, and a new life was imagined. From that experience, The Success Café was named—not as a physical café, but as a living concept: a space where dreams are brewed, nurtured, and brought to life.
Much like a real café, The Success Café welcomes everyone. Some come to purchase, some come to gather, some come to rest, and some simply come to exist. No pressure. No judgment. Just community.
Our Mission
The Success Café exists to uplift individuals, families, and communities by creating spaces for nourishment, mentorship, restoration, and opportunity. We believe success is not just about achievement—it is about stability, dignity, and the ability to begin again.
Our Impact
Since 2007, The Success Café has supported communities locally and globally through intentional giving, partnerships, and service initiatives. Through strong relationships with nonprofit agencies, community stakeholders, volunteers, farmers, and food brands, we have been able to significantly reduce operational costs—allowing more resources to go directly to the people we serve.
Our work is grounded in compassion, sustainability, and the belief that community care should meet both immediate needs and long-term growth.
