The apartment is fully equipped to make a long or short stay very comfortable and has a super king size bed, sofa, kitchen area with fridge/freezer, tv/dvd with English channels and private large shower/w.c ensuite.
The access to the apartment is via an outside staircase which has a lovely dining balcony, and is outside the entrance door. This door has a solar shutter for privacy and free airflow in the summer months.
The apartment is fully heated making it ideal for those out of season short breaks to visit chateaux or local vineyards.
This apartment is available for weekly/fortnightly/ monthly or short breaks and meals can be arranged some evenings if required.
The apartment has its own patio terrace below the balcony, with loungers and gaz barbecue, allowing privacy. There is also decking and terracing around the swimming pool for guests use. The pool is heated and is situated south with views over the local forest and countryside, making it a special place to relax and unwind.
There is plenty of off road parking behind our own metal gates.
We live on the ground floor of the house and are therefore available for any questions or advice that may be required.
