Boot Camp is a 45 minute high intensity interval training (HITT) . This class will push you, whether you are new to fitness, or a seasoned athlete. You will work through different circuits, with a mix of strength and cardio exercises, this class has something for everyone.
Stretch and Strength is a flow of different movements to increase flexibility, find balance and build strength, this class is both relaxing and challenging.
Core Connection focuses on building a strong foundation to prevent injury and build strength
Pump & Tone is 45 minutes of strength, this is a total body workout.
