History

The Little Creators Club was started by Neetha Reddy in June 2022 with the goal of providing quality after school child care for the local Croxley Green community at the Malvern Way Infant & Nursery School.

Neetha, a qualified nurse by profession previously worked at the Malvern Way Infant School as a child care worker and noting the and decided to open a new club at the school. There has been amazing support from the local community including the local schools in setting up the club.

Safeguarding

At The Little Creators, we understand how important it is for parents to feel assured that their children are not only having fun but are also safe and healthy. That is why The Little Creators invests in comprehensive training for all staff to ensure children receive the best care possible. All staff are required to complete safeguarding training, food safety training, and first aid certification. Additionally, many staff members hold relevant qualifications, while others bring years of experience working in similar settings. All staff undergo an Enhanced DBS Check to ensure they are suitable to work with children.

First Aid

Most staff are provided with first aid training, ensuring there is always a first aid-trained staff member present during our activities. This commitment reflects our dedication to the health and safety of every child in our care.

Security

The safety of children at The Little Creators is of utmost importance to us. We ensure that all children are safely picked up from their respective locations. Each day, a staff member conducts a thorough risk assessment to maintain the highest safety standards. During collection, a member of staff will sign out each child with a parent or guardian known to the staff. If an unfamiliar individual arrives to collect a child and we have not been informed in advance, we will not release the child to that person. In such cases, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we prioritise the child’s safety.
