To ensure the highest quality for your event, please note that the prices listed below are 'Starting At' rates for standard designs. Final quotes may vary based on your choice of custom colors, specific characters, additional balloons, or larger than standard sizing.
Planning a last minute surprise? Please note that orders placed with less than 10 days notice may be subject to an expedited shipping fee to ensure your specific materials arrive in time. I love helping out and will do everything I can to substitute products where available in these cases.

Bringing Your Vision to Life

01. The Initial Inquiry: To begin, please complete the 'Request a Quote' form. This provides the essential details regarding your event date, venue, and design inspiration. Whether you have a precise vision or are just beginning to explore ideas, this is where our collaboration starts.

02. Design & Consultation: Once I have reviewed your inquiry and confirmed availability, we will discuss your custom color palette and décor requirements.

03. Securing Your Date: To finalize your booking and allow us to begin sourcing your custom professional-grade supplies, a non-refundable retainer is required.

Orders under $100: Payment is required in full to secure the date and initiate the ordering of materials.
Orders between $100 – $350: A 50% retainer is required to save the date, with the remaining balance due seven days prior to your installation.
Corporate Events & Large-Scale Installations ($350+): Please inquire for our custom contract and billing terms tailored to larger projects.

Rentals & Teardowns

Many larger installs include the use of my professional frames or stands.

One-Way Delivery ($): This applies to items you keep, or if you choose to drop my equipment back off to me in Gibbons yourself.
Full Service (Delivery + Retrieval): If your design requires me to return at the end of your event to collect frames or stands ("teardown"), the delivery fee is doubled to cover the extra round trip.

Note: For very large installations or late-night collections (after 9 PM), a small additional labor fee may apply.
