The Science of Reading with Dr. G

My name is Jennifer Delano-Gemzik, and my love affair with the Science of Reading began thirteen years ago when I went through training to become a state certified trainer in NC for Reading Research to Classroom Practice, formerly known as Reading Foundations. I am also a Dyslexia Advocate for North Carolina, certified as a trainer for Demystifying Dyslexia and Deep Dive into Dyslexia. Over the years, I have developed and led multiple trainings related to the topic of literacy. This site is intended to be a resource for educators at all levels to learn more about the Science of Reading, research, and practical tools aligned with evidence that can be used in instruction.
