• Analytics: We may use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized data regarding app performance and crashes to improve your experience.

• Location Data: If you use the "GET" distance feature, we request access to your device’s Approximate and Precise location. This is collected only when you explicitly tap the location icon and is used solely to determine your current address for trip calculations.

3. Data Storage

Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore/Realtime Database). This allows you to sync your vehicle records and calculations across different devices when signed in.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data strictly to:

• Identify your account and sync your saved vehicles.

• Perform fuel cost calculations based on your specific inputs.

• Maintain a history of your trips for your personal reference.

• Ephemeral Location Processing: Location data is processed locally on your device to autofill trip details. We do not store your GPS coordinates on our servers, nor do we track your location in the background or share it with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

Your data is protected by Firebase’s industry-standard security protocols. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
