The Lavender Journal is a vision sparked by a love of the craft of writing and pride in our identities. The journal is intended to exhibit young teen authors and artists who are queer to share the stories and perspectives that have been so often silenced. All identities in the LGBTQIA+ community are welcome to share your work in our journal. The topic of your submissions does not need to center on queerness as well, it is open to almost any area of subject. Writing is a beneficial way to express one's emotions or opinions. Knowing you've evoked something in an audience can feel so powerful. It is an honor to display your creations to be witnessed by all proudly! We hope you consider submitting it!
