After booking your appointment please DM @thelashspotxbre on Instagram for the deposit fee handle/address (Address will be sent the day prior to your appointment). Any appointments that are made without sending your deposit will be canceled. All guests must fill out a consultation form following your appointment booking and email it to thelashspotxbre@gmail.com . All consultation forms can be found on our Consultation Forms Page If you cannot do it online, one will be provided before your appointment which may cause an extension of your appointment period.
Deposit fees are a nonrefundable and mandatory fee to secure your appointment date. Deposit fees should be made following your appointment booking, and go towards your service fee. This is non-negotiable, and no appointments will be secure for any service without sending your deposit. If you sent your deposit and are unable to make it to your appointment, if it is within our cancellation policy guidelines, you can transfer that fee and reschedule for a different date available. If for some reason the technician may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be refunded, and you will receive a discount on your next service. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, are late past our grace period, or cancel outside our cancellation window of 24 hours, you will not be refunded your deposit.
Deposit fees are to be made online through Cash App : $Milanisong and your service fees as of right now will be cash only.
We do not currently offer refunds at this time. If there are any issues after you receive your service, please say something to your technician before leaving the premises. Any issues that are fixable can be fixed there with no additional fees. Any lash extension services will have a 2-day grace period. If you have excessive fall out (more than 6 lashes) within the first two day after receiving your set, we can schedule an appointment (deposit free) to do touch ups. Free lash extension touch ups are only available to clients who properly cared for the lashes in the 2-day window, issues resulting from poor care will need to book a regular appointment and pay any fees for touch ups. Any allergic reactions to lash extension glue may book a free removal appointment (no deposit required) and should notify us as soon as any swelling, or excessive irritation occurs.
All cancellations within 24 hours to your booked appointment will receive a refund for the original appointment booked, or you may use your previous deposit towards another appointment date. Any cancellations that are made outside of the 24-hour appointment window will not receive a deposit refund. All no shows will not receive a deposit refund and will be blocked.
We understand that life happens sometimes! We offer a 15-minute grace period for all late arrivals. Unfortunately, due to scheduling, we cannot accommodate anything past the 15-minute grace period window as we cannot inconvenience other guests. Any arrival outside of the grace period window will have to be rescheduled and the deposit fee forfeited.
Due to security purposes and limited space available, no guests beyond the person receiving the service will be allowed on the premise. Any client who is a minor (under 18 years of age) may be accompanied by a single parent/legal guardian.
