The Lake House

After the acquisition of the land in 2008, dividing the nineteenth-century garden of Villa Rabarbaro Zucca, the construction of the house began. Inspired by the combination of ancient stone caves and the elegance of nautical design, the house incorporates two bedrooms with king-size beds, a large kitchen dedicated to breakfast and a wonderful garden, to reserve a truly unique experience for our guests .

The experience is unique and unforgettable in every season of the year, whether they are tourists visiting for the spring, summer or autumn period, whether it is business trips.

Combining original and contemporary materials, each of our rooms and outdoor spaces has been individually created to reflect the unique history of the place. Inspired by the philosophical theme of Becoming, the design reflects the flow of reality in the movement of the oar that cuts through the water, honoring the great tradition of rowing on Lake Como.

Inspired by the history of the North American Lake Huts, we created the first true Lake House on Lake Como; a place where our guests as observers become direct actors of this beauty.
