RETURNS: Virtually everything I create and sell are "one of a kind" items or sets. Therefore there are NO RETURNS allowed. If an item is damaged, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item as I will need to initiate an insurance claim with the carrier. I'll work with you to make sure any damaged items are replaced after verification with the insurer.

MISTAKES: Come on admit, we all make mistakes. If it turns out that there was some error in description, pricing etc., in this website, the limits of my liability are to refund your hard earned money (at my sole discretion) and apologize profusely and promise that it will never happen again. That's all you get! Except my cat will hunt you down in the middle of the night while you're sleeping no matter where you live. LOL

HURT FEELINGS: At my age I just want to create the best Keepsakes I possibly can and have some fun in the process. I hope you can see that by the contents of this website. If the contents of this website somehow hurt your feelings or offended you while you viewed it , here's my advice: Don't ever look at this website ever again as long as you live. Problem solved. Now was that so hard??
